In this article, I'll like to share with you how to make a perfect soft boiled eggs.
Ingredients needed
- 5 large of Eggs
- 1½ teaspoon of Salt
- 6½ Cups of water
- Pot
- Egg pricker
- Cold water

Instructions
- After pouring the 6½ cups of water inside pot
- Allow the water to boil rapidly at 100°C
- Add 1½ teaspoon salt to it and leave it to boil
- Note: when adding salt, the react of the vapour pressure will reduce. So leave it for about 30 seconds.
- Prick the end (bottom) of the eggs with an egg pricker but make the prick wide.
- Immerse into the 100°C of the boiling water and leave it boil for exactly 5 mins.
- Immerse in cold water,
- Crack and feel the enjoyment

- Add teaspoon salt and boil approximately 30 seconds
- Prick the eggs at the bottom with an egg pricker (wider)
- Immerse into the water(boil) and leave it approximately 5 minutes
- Immerse in cold or ordinary water, crack and feel the delicious taste.
