Breakfast: Perfect Soft boiled Eggs

   Eggs is among the healthy food that contains large amount of cholesterol, protein, vitamins such as; vitamin A, D, B6, B2, B12 and many other vital minerals

  However, there are different ways in which you can make eggs especially for breakfast.

  I love eating eggs as my breakfast usually boiled egg because it helps me strengthen my immune systems. And always make my days fantastic.

  In this article, I'll like to share with you how to make a perfect soft boiled eggs.


 Ingredients needed

  • 5 large of Eggs
  • 1½ teaspoon of Salt
  • 6½ Cups of water
  • Pot
  • Egg pricker
  • Cold water

Instructions

  • After pouring the 6½ cups of water inside pot
  • Allow the water to boil rapidly at 100°C
  • Add 1½ teaspoon salt to it and leave it to boil
  •  Note: when adding salt, the react of the vapour pressure will reduce. So leave it for about 30 seconds. 
  • Prick the end (bottom) of the eggs with an egg pricker but make the prick wide.
  • Immerse into the 100°C of the boiling water and leave it  boil for exactly 5 mins. 
  • Immerse in cold water, 
  • Crack and feel the enjoyment

Ingredients as it's mentioned above, 5 large eggs, 1½ teaspoon salt, 6½ cups of water, Egg pricker or something that can be use to make prick at the bottom of the eggs, pot, and cold water/ordinary water.


Instructions

  •  Boil the water rapidly at 100°C
  • Add teaspoon salt and boil approximately 30 seconds
  • Prick the eggs at the bottom with an egg pricker (wider)
  • Immerse into the water(boil) and leave it approximately 5 minutes
  • Immerse in cold or ordinary water, crack and feel the delicious taste.
