How to Make Pinwheel Samosa

Samosa pinwheels are an extraordinary gathering treat. It is a fascinating turn on the well known Pakistani nibbles samosas.
It's my favorite food of course. However, many countries have its own unique name for this extraordinary samosa recipe and one of its popular name is samosa rolls.
Unlike other traditional samosa in our domain, the samosa roll is roll up with potato stuffing which is subsequently cut to singular pinwheels.
These perfectly cooked pinwheels unquestionably look delicious and pretty good for dinner and also for your visitors. Of course nobody will see it and will not return for a couple of it.
I called it extraordinary because is a kind of recipe I love to serve my family and my guess.
Ingredients needed
For dough preparation (step 1);
- 1½ cup of flour
- ⅓ teaspoon of sugar
- 2½ tablespoons of oil
- Bowl
- ⅓ teaspoon of salt
- small Water for kneading
For stuffing (filling mixture in step 2);
- 1½ cup of potatoes, (boiled)
- ⅛ teaspoon of turmeric
- ⅓ teaspoon of red chili powder (red stew powder)
- 1½ teaspoon of red chili flakes
- 1½ teaspoon of cumin seeds
- 1½ teaspoon of coriander seeds, (crushed)
- 2½ tablespoons of coriander leaves, (cleaved)
- ½ teaspoon of ginger paste
- ½ teaspoon of garlic paste
- Salt
- 1½ teaspoon of green chilies
For batter (step 4);
- 2½ tablespoons of flour
- ⅛ cup of water
Step1
Get a small bowl add your flour, semolina, sugar (as per your taste), oil, salt (moderate), and mix it together very well. Progressively add water and knead a smooth dough. Oil the mixture, and cover it with a wet material such as cloth and leave for approximately 20 mins.

Stage 2
Get another small bowl, add your potatoes and mash them together. Next add your turmeric, ginger paste, salt (moderate), red chili powder, garlic paste, cumin seeds, green chillies, coriander leaves, and chili flakes. Mix them together thoroughly. Put in a safe spot

Step 3
Roll out all the prepared dough in the step 1 and 2 into a spreadsheet and make a spread the prepared filling on top uniformly. Roll it up inform of tube shape firmly and slice about half-inch cuts but let them flat a bit.

Stage 4
Take another bowl and whisk together flour and water it a bit to make an attractive batter.
Stage 5
Immersed the prepared Samosa roll in the flour batter appropriately and fry them immediately under a medium low heat and continue fry until it change to golden brown color.

Tips
- Pinwheels samosa can be frozen for three weeks or to about a month.
- Once you're about to use it, re-fry them or use oven at 350°F to heat them up.
- You can likewise refrigerate them for about four to five days.
