How To Make Mixed Fried Rice At Home.

   Cooking as always being my ambition right from my childhood. It's always a great reward to know how to cook any forms of food. 


   Has a mother, it's advisable to satisfy your family including your husband and your children as well as people around you with your skills of cooking, let them feel the taste of your cooking methods.

  If you're a mother and still can't spend your delicious time in the kitchen after coming back from work to make your dinner  a delicious taste, please create time out of your busy schedule.


  Mostly during the weekend, I love Cooking a lot, practice how to cook some of the food that I'm not perfect at.


  I always surprised my husband every weekend with a new cooking methods just like the one I wants to share with you now.

  However, there are many ways of cooking fried rice at home. But the crucial thing is to make the food delicious.


  In this article, you'll learn how I make my mixed fried rice at home. Very delicious and tasting.

 You too can do the same thing and make your decision dinner for your husband.


  How to make mixed fried Rice recipe

What are the ingredients needed

  • Pepper
  • Cardamom
  • Ginger
  • Salt
  • Onions
  • Coriander
  • Tomatoes sauce
  • Capsicum
  • 200 kg of Chicken (chopped) this depends on you
  • Garlic
  • White Oil or Vegetable oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Cloves
  • Chilli sauce
  • Thyme leave
  • Curry powder

 Instructions

  •  First, take some of the Vegetable or white oil in a pot. 
  • When the vegetable oil is hot, it will change colour from it original colour, 
  • then add your spices to it. Keep frying until you perceive the aroma. 
  • After that, you can now add your coriander, garlic, onion, ginger and fry them together until brown.
  • Add your chillies/capsicum, meat (chopped) and salt but in moderate. Stir well.
  • Get your boiled rice ready,
  • Once the meat and chillies are soft, 
  • Add the boiled Rice and mix the sauce and powdered pepper to it. Stir well
  • Sprinkle with chopped onion and some coriander leaves.

 And your food is ready.
