  Fruit salad is one of the recipes most people love to take because of the large amount nutritional value. Recipes generally are very simple to make, sweet to eat and perform many function in our body system

  Since all fruits are nutritious, combining them together with some creamy and feel the delicious taste.

  Instead of 10% of nutrition from a single fruit, the combination of fruits could gives you 70% of nutrition.

 These fruit usually take in during the summer day for refreshments of our system. 


   How to make Creamy fruit salad

 A chef try it and he noticed the outcome was a delicious recipes just by mixing some ingredients together.


 Ingredients Needed

List of fruits

  • 2 apples, 
  • 2 pears
  • 2 peaches
  • 2 mangos
  • 2 kiwis
  • Berries (for color)
  • 2 cup grapes (moderate sizes)
  • 2 bananas
  • 1½ can pineapple
  • 2 can oranges

Note: you can use 1 fruit, depends on how you want the quantity.

Dressings

  • ⅓ cup of mayonnaise
  • 1½ pack fresh cream
  • ⅓ cup of raisins


Other ingredients

  • Knife
  • Large bowl
  • Small bowl
  • Refrigerator


 Direction

  • Incise all your fruits and mix them together in your large bowl.
  • Add half of your raisins into the fruits and mix it together.
  • Mix your fresh cream, black pepper and mayonnaise together in another small bowl.
  • Then mix the fruits with it in a large bowl.
  • Transfer your mixture salad into serving plate.
  • Use the remaining raisins to Garnish it.
  • And leave it inside your refrigerator approximately 1 hour to chill.
  • Your nutritional Creamy fruit salad is good to go.

Note: you can add any fruit or remove base on your choice.

You can also add more than 1½ tropical fruit or reduce it.
